[Downloads] Captain Howdy (a.k.a. Pazuzu) Pumpkin Stencil

So I only just realized yesterday that this year marks the 40th anniversary of The Exorcist and then I died. I don't...I can't even...WHAT THE WHAT?! Did this movie really come out 40 years ago???

You guys, this gives me the sads something fierce. This insane anniversary is just a reminder that we're getting so far away from a time when horror movies were--you know--actually scary. I mean, sure, there have been a few good horrors in the past few years, but nothing that really rivals the classics from the 70s. I want to watch a horror movie and actually fear the thought of being in the dark afterwards, but they just don't make 'em like that anymore.

I suppose this anniversary is not all bad, though. It's also a reminder that, even after four decades worth of horror movies, The Exorcist is still holding its ground and is still considered, by most, to be the scariest of them all. It's truly a timeless classic and that's worth celebrating.

On that note, what better way to celebrate than with The Exorcist's devilishly handsome Captain Howdy? This was the first pumpkin stencil I ever created and I think it's time to dust this bad boy off and get to carving in honor of the anniversary. It's a quick and simple job, and a surefire way to creep out the kiddies!
